Delivery driver employed over 17 years by the company and approaching retirement injured his wrist from repetitive use on the job. 75 year old part time retail salesperson making $134.00 a week tripped on clothing and sustained a leg fracture. Bills were mistakenly processed through Medicare. Ms. Childs skillfully negotiated a $16,750.00 settlement as well as requiring conditional payments be made by the employer to pay back Medicare and requiring the insurance company to leave the medical portion of her claim open to pay for any future necessary medical treatment

72 year old custodian at a public school tripped over debris outside the building while retrieving a ladder and sustained sprains to his ankle and knee.
